Just in time for the holidays, in ambitious undertaking, the One Laptop Per Child campaign, a project to bring computing to the developing world’s children, will begin taking orders November 12th until November 26th.
"Give 1 Get 1,” gives Americans and Canadians an opportunity to purchase two laptops for $399. One green and white XO Laptop will be given to a needy child in a developing country, while the other XO will be shipped to the buyer in time for Christmas. The donated purchase is a tax deduction. What a great way to give!
