Interesting....
This comes from the UK:
A United Kingdom government survey of adult users, suggests that people who use the Internet should take a test on how to use it safely.
According to the survey, which questioned over 2000 people, 53% of those surveyed thought that there should be a “Internet Safety Test”, similar to a driving test. The suggested test would be taken by online users to ensure awareness of the risks and of their personal responsibility to stay safe online.
Of concern:1 in 10 of internet users in the UK are affected by online fraud yearly. 78% of those surveyed think there should be lessons in schools to help young people understand those risks and how to stay safer online.
Hmmmm.
