In January, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's CyberTipline received 3 reports from an Internet Service Provider regarding a subscriber who allegedly e-mailed sexually abusive images of a child. The ISP provided the CyberTipline with the information and images which was then forwarded to the Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and High Tech Crimes Unit of the Delaware State Police for further investigation.

The sender of the e-mails was identified  and a search warrant was executed.  The suspect’s computer revealed numerous images of child pornography, as well as nearly 3,000 online chats graphically discussing the sexual molestation of children between the suspect and other individuals.

The suspect has been charged with 19 counts of child sexual exploitation, 16 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of conspiracy to commit rape in the first degree on a child less than 12 years of age and is currently in custody.

While searching the suspects chat logs, more arrests with additional suspects are anticipated in the future.

24-year-old male from Harrington, DE

• Admitted to engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old female Two counts of exploitation of a child
• Two counts of possession of child pornography
• One count of conspiracy to commit rape in the first degree on a child less than 12 years of age

29-year-old male from Lewes, DE

• Molested his 8-year-old daughter during a webcam transmission
• Two counts of sexual exploitation of a child less than 12 years of age
• Three counts of conspiracy to commit unlawful sexual contact with a child less than 12 years of age

26-year-old male from Dover, DE

• Confessed to repeatedly molesting a 15-year-old girl, engaging in sexual activity with a 17-year-old-boy, and receiving images of child pornography
• Two counts of rape
• One count of sexual solicitation of a child less than 16 years of age
• Investigation continues

28-year-old from Wilmington, DE

• Received numerous images of child pornography and made detailed plans to sexually molest 3- and 4- year-old children
• Sixteen counts of possession/transmission of child pornography

21-year-old convicted sex offender and father of two from Leipsic , DE

• Offered to allow the initial suspect to molest his 18-month-old and admitted to hundreds of peer-to-peer downloads of sexually abusive images while on house arrest
• Investigation continues
