JailCell.jpgThe self-admitted pedophile blogger Jack McClellan, was arrested twice in one day yesterday. In a continuing story, a California judge issued McClellan a restraining order last week, ordering him to stay 30 feet away from minors in the entire state of California.

According to a police statement, McClellan was arrested without incident at 1:40 p.m., at the University of California Los Angeles, near the infant development program, a child care program for children ages 3 months to 3 years of age.   McClellan stated he just wanted to "blend in" and had no idea a child care center  was on campus. He was later released with a September court date and was reportedly given a stay away notice from the UCLA campus.

He was arrested later the same day, for trespassing on the UCLA campus, while conducting an interview with a television news station. He is scheduled for arraignment on the 2nd arrest August 14th.

There's that overt about being covert tactic again.
I hope he is sentenced and had a criminal conviction recorded.

The legal pundits have been having quite the discussion regarding this case, so time will tell! Thanks, Imaginif.

One afternoon, I was in the backyard hanging the laundry when an old, tired-looking dog wandered into the yard. I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home. But when I walked into the house, he followed me, sauntered down the hall and fell asleep in a corner. An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out. The next day he was back. He resumed his position in the hallway and slept for an hour.
This continued for several weeks. Curious, I pinned a note to his collar: "Every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap. "
The next day he arrived with a different note pinned to his collar: "He lives in a home with ten children - he's trying to catch up on his sleep."

I cried from laughter
Sorry, if not left a message on Rules.
