Former C.H.I.P.S. television star Erik Estrada, has signed up with Operation Blue Ridge Thunder.

In real life, Estrada wanted to go into law enforcement, but became an actor instead.  Today, he is very interested in law enforcement and is a reserve police officer in Muncie Indiana and is part of the ICAC(Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force). Estrada said that he participated in his first real arrest last month. He pretended he was a 13-year-old girl online and a man set up a liaison with Estrada.

Estrada, who also speaks Spanish, has participated in making several PSA's.

For more information, see Operation Blue RidgeThunder.
