Hold Parents Responsible for Cyberbulling....

Should parents be held responsible for their childrens actions if they cyberbully?

Senator John Tassoni, Rhode Island, has introduced a bill that would hold parents responsible if their child under 18 is caught bullying over the internet or cell phones.

In order to combat electronic bullying, a committee of parents and educators came up with the bill.
