Illinois SB2426 Update...

An update to Senate Bill 2426...

Passed earlier this year in the Senate, the bill, which amends the Harassing and Obscene Communications Act and creates the Cyberbullying Law, has now been referred to the Rules Committee in the House.  Slowly but surely.
